Reddit users (also known as redditors) are growing increasingly angry at pro-Hillary Clinton political action committee (PAC) Correct The Record over its efforts to promote a pro-Hillary narrative on the site.
Redditors are especially concerned that Correct The Record’s paid internet commenters are suppressing revelations from WikiLeaks’ release of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta’s emails, which have produced a flood of damaging revelations about the Clinton campaign.
Reddit, which describes itself as “a source for what’s new and popular on the web” is divided into thousands of “subreddits,” which the site describes as “sub-communities, each focused on a specific topic.”
Whether or not a post does well on Reddit (and, consequently, how large of an audience it reaches) largely depends on how many “upvotes” and “downvotes” it receives.
Correct The Record is open about its efforts to combat “lies and misleading narratives about Secretary Hillary Clinton” on Reddit, to which it devoted one million dollars.

One community where Correct The Record appears to be unpopular is the subreddit /r/WikiLeaks, which has more than 60,000 subscribers and is devoted to WikiLeaks-related news and topics.
“It looks like CTR is out in force and getting smarter. Don’t waste your time arguing, just dig!” one user posted on /r/WikiLeaks Wednesday, adding: “Don’t let them eat up your time. Get to work digging or spreading. They’re wasting cash on man hours, don’t let them eat up yours.”
The PAC is similarly unpopular on the subreddit /r/DNCLeaks, which was originally devoted to crowdsourcing findings from WikiLeaks’ release of emails from the Democratic National Committee but has since been repurposed to crowdsourcing revelations from the Podesta emails.

Paid Internet Trolls are a pest. But I do not see how we can be rid of them, without throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
I believe there is a significant contingent of these types on Imgur as well...a site which is somehow affiliated with Reddit.
I’ve posted a few things on a safe subreddit that doesn’t allow any dissent from their stated mission.
I don’t think it knocks anything off the radar screen...it just adds to the big pile of crap that Hillary is sitting right in the middle of.
Team Hillary has more sock puppets than a preadolescent Jim Henson.
CTR has been a cancer for us over there.
The r/politics subreddit is just completely controlled by them. Anything from a ultra-leftist news source is pushed to the “top” of the forum, while any “wrong-think” is suppressed within seconds of posting.
Frankly I wish everyone here would get an account on Reddit and just go toe-to-toe.
It is even outlawed to say CTR or else you will be banned from that particular forum because the mods are even crooked.
From what I’ve seen, the “redditors” call themselves the “centipedes”. Sean Hannity (they like him) is “Hannipede”. People in Florida are Floridapedes.
‘The Donald’ subreddit is where I’ve spent some time hanging out. They are high energy, funny, vulgar (the “f” word, all the time) and they love Donald Trump. Quite a few Bernie & Jill Stein folks post that they are switching to Trump & tell their stories. They have done some good investigative work.

These are just SOME of the thousands of leaks exposing Hillary Clinton’s corruption, and mainly comprise of the Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails, as well as a few other sources (FBI docs, DNC leaks, etc.) So much cover-up, media collusion, and pay for play proof was not included, otherwise this list would be too long.

True. I was reading ‘the Do ald’ on Reddit last night. They were saying how CTR were down voting their new research. They are doing great work over there.
The Donald subreddit is a great companion site to visit for Freepers. They are very funny, witty and there are some damn smart people over there.

I’m too new to the site to know where some of this stuff (like the ‘centipedes’ moniker for reddit posters who are human) comes from & what it means. They also refer to ‘kek’ a lot. I finally saw that in a context/reference I could ‘bing’ and it seems Kek is an Egyptian god of the darkness of chaos, but he was called the “bringer-in of the light”. This seems to mean that he was responsible for the time of night that came just before sunrise.

When termites attack your home, you don’t ignore them and allow them to destroy your home.
I think that Hillary knew this thing was trending for Trump and this is the equivalent of a 52 card pickup...throw the campaign into a tizzy and perform a “campaign reset.” Now she has a chance to play the victim and energize her base.

Exactly. And the 4Chan story that was making the rounds yesterday - from the supposed FBI agent who was claiming that the emails were a cover for a bigger, worse story about the whole government being in on the corruption of the Clinton foundation.
This, yesterday, ‘Oh we found some new things we’re going to look at” from a salacious source.... but they had these emails for 5 weeks?
What else was in the Friday news dump? I’m trying to find out.
