You know what this is? Comey was not happy with the bribe he got so now negotiating with Hillary. He was promised X amount for settlement, but since he didn’t get the amount he was promised, he re-opened it. I think he will close the case again once he get paid

At the time I posted my theory #4, I was unaware of the fact that NYPD had the original jurisdiction for Weiner's pedophilia case. Duh, I should have known that. Theory #4 assumed lower level agents not being closely supervised stumbled onto something that they weren't supposed to, and Comey then panicked and reopened the investigation.
The reality Theory #4 is even better. The people who stumbled onto something weren't Feebs at all. They were NYPD.
Personally, all of the theories on that thread (except #3, that the DOJ finally was shamed into doing something) are probably in play to varying degrees.
I agree with someone elsewhere on this thread that wikileaks has had all 33,000 emails all along, and the NSA has known that they have them. The big problem for The Clinton Global Crime Family now is they can't just jump up and down screaming "The Russians! The Russians!" because clearly some NYPD detectives have seen some things that will corroborate wikileaks when/if the Hillary email dumps begin.

What I said at 1500 EST when the story changed to Weiner was that both CAN be true. Everyone, including Trump TWO YEARS AGO knew Weiner had some of the stuff. The NSA is the source for the whole kit and kaboodle. The NSA just doesn’t like everybody talking about the NSA. Especially when thecRats are claiming the Russians are snooping on them (duh!). Everyone KNOWS the NSA is snooping on EVERYONE. And only one party has had the benefit of THAT for eight years.

Comey looks like a fool no matter what. There could be a REASON for this. When he was cashing his $15 Million dollar check what the hell did he THINK he was getting $15 Million FOR? Spending a few weeks in a Swiss Luxury Hotel? You have to be flat stupid to believe that. $15 Million buys a lot of “Rose colored glasses” (oh, and thanks to the FReeper who posted Louis Armstrong, La Vie en Rose) but it is gonna take every nickel to buy enough of them that the stench from his dealings can’t be smelled.

I think whoever pointed out that the Weiner emails are being investigated by the NY cops might be on target....they have direct information of the witch being and out and out traitor, and Comey MUST say something before they do...plausible deniability if the witch gets elected...
