Comey doesn’t wan to go down in history as a “dirty cop”.

If the FBI keeps aiding and abetting the destruction of evidence, as they did with Cheryl Mills’ laptop, at some point the FBI Director needs to be held accountable. The “rediscovered emails” may implicated the White House - in fact I think they will. It may be tied to the McAuliffe’s investigation for funding an FBI Deputy Director’s wife’s state run for office. That case stinks worse than Hillary’s bus dump. Hillary, McCauliff, and others will likely go down with that case. DRAIN THE SWAMP.

Probably uncovered clear evidence of obstruction of justice.

Also, I believe somehow Obama is involved and I think Ma Lynch is trying to cut the Cankled Beast loose to save Obama’s already questionable legacy.

1. To desperately retain a sense of credibility.
2. To be able to remain silent about the subject per a pending investigation.

Comey has figured out that Trump might win the election, and he will go to jail if that happens. Also, he’s upping the ante with Hillary, angling for a Supreme Court seat.

He knows that Illary is a felon and that she’s going to lose, so he’s trying to ingratiate himself with Trump in hopes of leniency after January.

Nah that doesn’t make any sense. That would only shed doubt on her email scandal as a whole.

This is my prediction. I’m going to put it here as a placeholder. You can come back and see if I’m right in a couple of days.

The Democrats have been conducting exit polls at the early voting sites. They know Trump is going to win.

This is a Hail Mary to replace Clinton at the head of the ticket. She won’t step down voluntarily, so Obama has engineered this latest announcement to force her hand.

Someone is waiting in the wings to replace her. I don’t think it will be Kaine.

None of this makes any sense, otherwise. The FBI would never do something like this so late in the game, because they will be accused of interfering and the election.

Something is afoot. I just don’t know what it is.

It’s too late...he is already a dirty cop. But interestingly the left wing knuckle draggers will continue to provide
sustenance to the mother hive.

Comey has gone rogue, because his conscious has been bothering him. Hopefully, he put his family in hiding.

Occam’s Razor says that the Wikileaker is an angry FBI insider.

I’m guessing it’s been near mutiny conditions on the top floors of the J Edgar Hoover Building. A dozen books will be written about the past year in the FBI.

I’m guessing that an ultimatum was put to Comey. Comey may even know or guess who the Wikileaker is (from inside FBI). I think they said, “Bring charges, or we’re going public, and then you will join the defendants in risking jail.

Trump keeps saying, “We need to investigate the investigation.” That is what he is getting at.

This is an incredible moment of earthquake lightning in DC. If you think Hillary rides it out to election, “you never give up the con.” You just keep lying or saying I don’t recall.

But if we get a John Dean or 2 or 3 coming forward, all the rest could wind up in jail, like former US Atty General Mitchell for his tiny part in Watergate.

Hillarygate is 10,000 times worse than Watergate. If she goes down, many high level people go down with her.

I think Comey just decided to jump back to Team Rule of Law, in time to save his own neck.

- The hounds are on to the scent of Comey selling out the FBI to the Obama/Clinton regime.

- So Comey is faking a recommitment to honest law enforcement by reopening the investigation he fixed for Hillary.

- Comey figures that will throw off the hounds until after the election, when if he can help Hillary win, the discovery of anything else he fears they will find no longer matter.

They know the next ‘leak’ will be ruinous and they want to get themselves out ahead of it.

Probably didn’t hurt that a jury in Oregon sent a clear message: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3486046/posts

While it may be very appealing to speculate on this, I really think that we should double down in our efforts on the policy issues. If we catch an additional break in this, it will be great; but it should not be allowed to divert us from the rest of the essential message.

And let me reemphasize the tactical note I posted recently:

Note On Essential Tactics

I do not want to come across as arrogant; but based on 60+ years of fighting for traditional American values, including hours of using live TV to advantage, I want to share some experience driven suggestions, both for our candidate, and all of us who will be actively promoting a Trump victory in just 20 days.

While speaking in anger can sometimes help rally those who share your beliefs and priorities, it is not the most effective way to convert those who dissent from our purpose. When there is a real problem to be addressed, it is almost always better to speak in sorrow than in anger.

In the present ideological conflict, there is great reason for sorrow. We need to interject, in every possible exchange, those contemporary phenomena that are not only unfortunate from our stand point; but which are likely to be understood as sad by anyone listening to us.

Putting this understanding to work in a situation such as tonight's Presidential debate; Trump needs to intertwine his response to essential policy issues, by sadly lamenting the background social climate, which certainly impacts all aspects of contemporary American life, including the problem reflected in the issue. For example:

The decline in pride in heritage, openly encouraged by Obama's repeated apologies to others for America's traditions & achievement--leading to Americans kneeling through the Star Spangled Banner;--his & Mrs. Clinton's siding with Soros financed thugs against the Police--leading to the cold blooded assassination of American cops;--their refusal to protect the border, leading to job losses among rooted Americans, brutal crimes against American women, and the despicable riots in California, where aliens who do not share our values, or honor our heritage, intimidate local officials into not celebrating the achievements of the Founding Fathers and their posterity.

It was only last week, when anti-American culturalists advocated not celebrating Columbus Day! The Obama/Clinton cabal seem intent on denying that our values & achievements, under uniquely American cultural values, grew directly out of the experience driven values of particular European settlers. That is fact. It takes nothing away from the achievements or values of any other people; but it is our fact, and we are entitled to honor that fact and the rich cultural heritage it reflects.

To the extent that the Obama/Clinton cabal would deny us pride in our history, they are truly bigoted enemies. But we do best, again, when we lament the success of our enemies, as we explain, again quietly and sadly, how totally despicable is this ongoing attack, coming indeed from those who have benefited so much, while gaming our system.

Some may think that this approach is going soft. It is precisely the opposite. In place of venting our wrath at the Obama/Clinton betrayal, we begin to instill wrath in some of those who otherwise would simply go along with the enemy, "to get along."

There is nothing the least bit new in these tactics. Anyone familiar with Shakespeare's play "Julius Caesar," is quite familiar with the technique. It worked in the play because it reflects a true understanding of the psychological factors involved.

An "Official Investigation" can be a good way to shut down access to the truth.

Any evidence that leaks out, whether from within or outside the bureau, is now part of an 'Ongoing Investigation'. Publishing could get you arrested for interfering with/obstruction of Justice.

Could it be that Comey learned one of his agents plans to leak to the press, and reopened the investigation just to stall for ten days?

A hurry-up cover-up. Cankles cleared again the weekend before the election.
