ISIS (created by Obama/Clinton/???) armed
by Obama and US taxpayers (wink wink) just like
Iran (wink wink).
There IS a word for this.

You think the US supplied 9M133 Kornets to ISIS? LOL. Yes, that’s way more likely than them being from stolen Syrian gov’t stockpiles.

Right at the turret ring. Instant kill with explosive secondaries.
I have the graphic but not the ping list.

Syria and Iraq before the second war had stock piles of them

I don't see where he says
specifically that the Kornets were supplied by the US to ISIL, but there is very little doubt that the US did arm some of the groups that became ISIS.
In actuality, it is a moot point, because there is no reason to believe that a report by ISIS is true, that an M1 was destroyed, or even that a Kornet was used.
The claim that the Kornet came from "Syrian gov't stockpiles" is highly questionable, since whomever else we may have armed, we do not provide weapons to the Syrians. Finally, to the extent that anything in RT can be believed it says right in the article that the weapon came from captured Iraqi stores, which we did supply.

Could the crew survive that? The ammo is in an isolated compartment and you can see the blast doors flying away.(?)
Not a good feeling seeing that.

The article implies that the Koronet missile were captured by ISIS from Iraqi government stockpiles.
From the article:
“ATGM Kornet missiles were first used by the Iraqi Army in 2014 when five IS armored vehicles were destroyed in the central province of Diyala. As the jihadists captured more areas in Iraq, Kornet stockpiles may have been seized by Islamists.”

Hopefully it was crewed by Iraqis and not Americans.

Instant kill with explosive secondaries. Could have just been the ammo in the turret bustle (which is separated from the crew compartment by an auto closing door) combusting, but there is an awful lot of flames.

Correct Iraqi M1A1. Furthermore, no U.S. Army tankers with the most basic of tank warfare instruction would silhouette their rear end high up on a berm let alone not have the radius of the battlefield clear of any hostile anti-tank positions by the unit be it scouts and/or air support.
