The eighth Congressional District of Minnesota is a working class area in Eastern Minnesota. It has voted for a Democrat in the last four Presidential elections. It has a Democrat Congressman and will likely be the most expensive Congressional race this year.
Usually, a Democrat Presidential candidate would win. But a recent poll held a shock:
Donald Trump is up 12 points!
And more: Trump is winning among women. And the Democrat Party is losing members. They’re becoming Independents.

I live in a different district close to Mpls-St Paul area, my daughter who voted for 0bama twice is voting Trump. My granddaughter, who can’t vote yet, said that all the kids are supporting Trump. When I asked why, she said, “Hillary is a liar and dishonest. Trump might say stuff, but he loves the country and speaks his mind.”

I expected that Trump would outperform among AA and that AA turnout would also be lower. I figured 15% for Trump and 10% fewer total AA votes. That prediction was in January, but I think it will be more like I am predicting with the map I posted being the result. JMHO

MN CD8 Trump is 12 points ahead in polls. That is better then Obama, and every election lately the winner of MN CD8 wins the state.....so you might just be right
And if MN goes I bet WI goes Trump too.
Is it possible that the good people of Minnesota are getting tired of the Somali “refugees”, and hope that a President Trump will do something about it? Like ship their asses back to Somalia?
If Minnesota is red then Wisconsin is gonna be big red. No way in my mind can I see it otherwise.

The ONLY driving force Hillary has is that Russ Feingold is trying to get his Senate seat back.. So that will get the lib vote out.. wild card...
Dane County is a Feel the Bern area for sure.. maybe they’ll pull for Russ and vote for Jill whatever her last name is...

We did have that Somali of Smelly as many of us refer to them, go on a stabbing attack at a mall in St. Paul a few weeks ago. I think that for many, that was the last straw.
I think that MI goes Trump as does WI. Then MN? Who knows? I dont.
I predict a Trump gets over 311 el votes.
I live in the 8th, and there are Trump signs all over, including my ranch.
No sweat. It looks good not being the pariah state of the Midwest - for once...
