More Florida Voter Fraud? 3000 Registrations List UPS Stores as Residence
Allen B. West.com ^ | April 26, 2014 | Allen West

If there is one thing I learned in the 2012 election cycle, it was about voter fraud. My conservative warrior associate, Katherine Engelbrecht, and her organization, True the Vote, took up the mantle against the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, who admitted to sending “questionable” results to the Florida Secretary of State. It was somewhat disheartening that the Florida Secretary of State and Attorney General sat back, watched the news reports, and did nothing.

With that background, I’d like to share a story written by Gregg Prentice: “Voter Fraud? If they’re not catching the easy stuff, what else are they missing?”

Prentice asks, are some of Florida’s Supervisors of Elections skirting the law? Supervisors are tasked with maintaining an accurate voter roll. One of the requirements of the Supervisors is to ensure voters provide a legal residence address. Yet a December 2013 analysis shows more than 3,000 voter registrations statewide listing their residence address at a UPS store, potentially illegally.

Florida Law is clear and, with minor exception, requires that voter registrations listing other than an address of legal residence should not be accepted, because they are “ineligible” (F.S. 98.045 (1)(h)). In fact, it’s actually a felony to willfully submit any false voter registration information (F.S.104.011(2)). Accordingly, if these “ineligible” registrations are found to exist, Florida statutes also provide for their prompt correction or removal (F.S. 98.075(6) & (7)).

So there you go. It’s a felony for this to have happened, but how can it be that a citizen watchdog had to uncover this Florida voter fraud while the people paid with our taxpayer dollars have not a clue? Is it not a mandated responsibility of the Florida State Supervisors of Elections to maintain these voter address rolls? I’d say so.

A review of the state-mandated voter registration list reveals that of the 3,000 UPS store registrations:

– 1,200 match addresses already known as commercial that were ignored – 500 match addresses erroneously marked as residential – 1,100 have no match at all.

The question is, when stories like this surface, how can the voting electorate believe there is integrity in their electoral process? We’ve reported here on the Hamilton County (Cincinnati) Ohio poll worker, Melowese Richardson, who voted nearly seven times. She was supposed to have a five-year sentence but thanks to Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, she served just about 18 months.

Oh and by the way, she wasn’t charged by the federal government with any type of voter fraud allegations — so much for Eric Holder’s concern about voter suppression.

You see, the real voter suppression comes when fraud exists, as it negates an individual’s lawful and proper vote. The fraudulent shenanigans in the 2012 Congressional District 18 election in St. Lucie County — and to some extent Palm Beach County — amounted to voter suppression. But as we reported previously, it’s not voter suppression Democrats are worried about, it’s fraud suppression.

In the case of the UPS store registrations, it’s not a recent phenomenon. More than 2,300 of the more than 3,000 recently discovered UPS store registrations had the exact same UPS store listed as their residence at least 15 months prior. Approximately 800 of those 2,300 likely “ineligible” registrations voted in Florida’s during the 2012 General Election.

Worse however, since Federal Elections occur in even years, the Supervisors are required by law to perform their primary “list maintenance” during the odd years. Yet these 3,000 UPS store registrations were identified in December of 2013 as the Supervisors’ odd year voter roll efforts came to a close.

Many Supervisors aren’t effective in their jobs – and they’re not complying with Florida statute.

So in which counties did this occur?

Of the 67 counties in Florida, 38 were clean. The majority of the “unclean” counties have said they’re working on it.

But three counties have not responded at all or weakly: Broward, Orange and Hillsborough. Prentice says Broward county receives the “here’s your sign” award with fully 40 percent of the 3,000 potentially ineligible records, and simply responding “they’re in process.” Note: Broward represents only about 10 percent of the total state population.

“In a universe of deceit, truth becomes a revolutionary act” — and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I believe my county was clear, but then again it is a republican county called St John’s County.

Broward, Orange, and Hillsborough, mmmmm, two counties in the important I-4 corridor , and the other is the most liberal county in the state.

Tomorrow Pam Bondi will be getting a call from my wife and I.

The problem with complying with the statute is when the election official try to purge the lists some progressive legal group steps in and sues. Then some judge enjoins them from purging the list.

Allen West was the victim of voter fraud (141% voter turnout!) - Two years later, his opponent is running against Rubio for the Senate.

Allen West Challenges Florida Vote Count- by Bryan Preston 11/12/2012 When it’s close, they can cheat.

The Tea Party-backed West demanded a recount after the swing of votes on election night in which he was leading Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy by roughly 2,000 votes, then trailed by 2,400 votes about 35 minutes later.

Officials said a final tally of the 18th Congressional District shows Murphy had won by enough votes to avoid a full recount. But they then agreed to a partial recount of early votes in St. Lucie County after acknowledging some votes had been counted twice. West objected to just a partial recount of votes cast Nov.1-3, arguing the irregularity calls for a full audit.

“If people are that adamant about getting rid of me, that’s fine,” West told Fox News. “But don’t do it at the expense of the integrity of our electoral process. That’s what disturbs me the most.” The West team is singling out County Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker and requesting a comparison of voter signatures from all polling places with the total ballots counted because the numbers do not appear to match.

Officials have “already stated they had a 141 percent voter turnout, which I think should cause everyone alarm,” West told Fox.

They got that kind of turnout, without military absentee votes? I’ve been wrong about geography all this time. I thought Chicago was in Illinois.

OK, so Florida has 20 Million People, lets say 10 Million vote before we get to Broward County, Trump is ahead by 2 Million Votes, would be kind of hard to call in three million votes for Hillary without anyone being suspicious.

depends, I do know of some reasons folks would have a UPS store address. Primarily merchant mariners etc that do not have a actual mainland residence.

I’ve kept one for years mainly as a billing address for a CC, Ebay, and Amazon since they sign for my stuff and send alerts when items arrive.

I get a small discount on shipping.

I hope President Trump’s Justice Department prosecutes and punishes to the full extent of the law everyone of these criminals who have committed felonies.
Jail time would help to clean up the mid-terms.

They DON'T CARE if any one is suspicious. Who's gonna stop them? Once Detzner calls the vote official, you're SOL!!

They don’t do it all at once. It is ongoing fraud already -systemic- in the works.
1. Illegals voting by mail
2. Tossed out R absentee ballots
3. Double voting Yankee snowbirds
4. Quadruple voting cronies in cahoots with poll workers
5. Disregarding incoming military votes
6. Poll workers strong-arming feeble voters to fill out ballots
7. Bogus absentee ballots returned and completed by operatives
8. And the ace in the hole- electronic / scan manipulation

There may already be an audit forthcoming from the primary election. They want to audit the scanning in particular areas.

Within heavily populated polls in Broward, the irregularities are referred to as electronic vote padding. Apparently, the vote % are changing drastically towards the end of the day.

Recently called Fla Sec of State, Div of Elections:
850-245-6200 about Channel 8 report about a woman who found that someone had completed a new voter registration card with her name and changed her Party from ‘R’ to ‘D’. Signature on the new card did not match woman’s signature. Channel 8 found that someone who worked for group called, I believe, La Famiglia Vota, did this 200 times. Apparently, that person no longer works for that group. When Channel 8 met with Hillsborough Sup of Elections, seemed she believed there was nothing she could do. Sec of State, General Counsel’s rep told me they had received other complaints and were investigating.

Agreed.

I have a UPS store address for a couple of reasons:

First, I live out in the country and had a RR mail box at first. But I got tired of the local PO screwing up (stealing?) my mail.

Second, some of the freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc) would not deliver to my house as it is far from the paved road and my driveway is unpaved.

A UPS store address has advantages: they’ll accept packages in your name and send you an email that you’ve received a pkg, they are open 24 hrs, etc.

My rural mailbox is long gone. I got tired of replacing it after it was run over.

So, I list my UPS Store as my address. As far a deliveries go it’s the only one I’ve got.
