If .5% show up at rallies, it shows .5% people are enthusiastic and committed. It probably means even more than .5% are enthusiastic and committed, but how many? 5%? 10%? 30%?

I'm just warning you, that even though the rallies seem large, compared to the total voting population, they are tiny. So infer support at your own risk. Romney had big rallies right before the election that people though indicate enthusiasm, but it didn't translate to votes.

Romney was a D.C. hack who’s rallies didn’t come even close to Trumps.

In fact Trumps welded bond with tens of millions of his supporters is historic and has not been seen in modern America. You’d have to dial back to the founders to see this type of relationship between a leader and the people.
