When I read stories about how votes which cannot be couted yet all indicate that Hillary has won already, I take a breath and I ask a simple question:

"When did a women who was inevitable in 2008 but got beaten like a rented mule by an unknown political novice and then came roaring back in 2016 to get beaten by a geriatric socialist, only able to pull out a victory by the DNC screwing the old guy at every turn and rigging her convention with party apparatchiks (a.k.a. superdelegates) become popular enough to win a national election against anybody? In two elections nobody in her own party has actually wanted her when given any choice at all, yet now she's hugely popular across the board? When did that happen exactly?"

The strong early-voting turnout by those likely to support Clinton – registered Democrats, minorities, and young people among others – could leave Donald Trump with virtually no path to the 270 electoral votes needed for victory.

So... those likely to vote for Clinton have voted for Clinton...and this points to an advantage for Hillary Clinton.

Wow. That's a brilliant analysis.

Just sounds to me like some of those "likely" Clinton voters went Trump.

The more they build this up, the more dramatic a Trump victory will be in the end.

Especially if he manages to pull out 300+ EV from all this.

Why are you posting junk on FR and why is FR allowing it ? You understand the purpose of this is to depress turnout ?

There’s no way to make early votes a representative sample.

Even the story on the MSN website contradicts this. Given the turnout at their respective rallies, I certainly would not assume that Trump has the enthusiasm gap that the Post is implying.

Typical media trying to call the election before all votes are counted.

Taking a page from the DNC/media anti-Trump playbook, couldn’t we say, “Declaring Hillary the winner two weeks before the election undermines democracy and constitutes an attempt to suppress the Trump vote”?

AP - consider the source.

Same outfit that just released a poll showing Hillary with a D +12 lead.

Yup, the election is over, indeed!

How do they know?

The strong early-voting turnout by those likely to support Clinton – registered Democrats, minorities, and young people among others

Since in a general elections voters do not declare a party affiliation, a voter's affiliation dates back to a prior election - probably a primary election, two to four years ago. Things have gotten worse in the last two years: Obabmacare premiums have skyrocketed, unemployement is under-reported, the middle is more unstable, etc. 70% of Americans think the U.S. is on the wrong path (Gallup, I think), which means that the "likely" Clinton vote may not be likely at all. A large proportion of these voters may be voting for CHANGE.

As for minorities and young people, the author of the article likely has no hard data from which to draw the conclusion that swarms of early voters are minorities and/or young.
