"Cute kid. What the heck happened?"It's not a trivial thing to imagine how different history might be had Hillary been less, ahem, "scrupulous" in regard to declining to indulge her husband's proclivities.
Yet, decline them she did and her omission and its consequences directly led to the impeachment of one president and the election of another.
