It’s been a football weekend so haven’t paid much attention to polls but I know I never believe anything CBS news presents as fact or truth.
Just like the Cubs fan’s sign said last night at the game-

The constant negativity can wear,a person down. I no longer watch the news. I get my news from the internet. I don’t get into the polls unless they look good for our side. I pray daily; sometimes several times daily. Through it all I trust Donald Trumps leadership, talent, skills and savvy. If, and I mean if, he goes down, I go with him. I don’t know here in my area three others I can get to the polls, but my family is voting for him. My Facebook page for the first time ever has gone political (lost two facebook friends), and signs are in my yard.
If we,lose, it won’t be due to my going wobbly.
I have been a Cubs fan ever since I can remember. We took our son to see Harry Caray and the Cubs. He’s still a big fan. After all he grew up with the Cubs on TV before night games. Harry was right about night games. Once they gave in to them day games will be few.
Last night right before Mass started, some lady must have hit the wrong button on her phone. Instead of turning it off, in the silent, very small church Trump’s rally was suddenly playing... “I will make America” and then she hit the off button. Everyone just started smiling & nodding their heads in agreement. From just those few words, they knew who was speaking.
