On Thursdays broadcast of CNN Newsroom, CNN Pentagon Correspondent Barbara Starr reported that Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons statement about the time it takes to launch nuclear weapons is extremely classified, and while there is a lot of information available to public on what the process is for launching nuclear weapons, if you know information to be classified, and youre a government official, even if its in the open source, even if its on the Internet, you are not supposed to disclose it.
She further stated, the bottom line is, the US military, not especially thrilled to be discussing in precise detail what it takes to launch nuclear weapons.

4 Minutes time is correct
It requires a clearance above TOP SECRET
and we will let it go at that....
De oppresso liber

Highly classified, not that Hillary cares.
It is shocking that Barbara Starr is making this statement on Cnn no less.
CTR Ant is on a mission.
“CTR ANY is on a mission.”
A mission from God—”Blues Brothers”
1999—newbie :-)
Whatever the actual time may be, it’s not public information, and doesn’t need to be revealed in a public forum...
I think that’s the point of this posting.
and...Hillary’s “team” is sparing no effort to obscure that simple fact—because it exposes her as a public menace.
The end-of-the-cold-war 1990 film, “Dawn’s Early Light” has clear references for the four minutes to launch a nuclear attack response, as well as many other “secrets” that used to be considered highly classified.
Its a good film -

RE: No it isnt classified. As usual, CNN gets it wrong.
Her only filter is “will this benefit me”.
Yup, she was saying I know something and you don’t. Grade school stuff.
BTTT
I picked up on that immediately. I turned to my wife and said that was info our enemies didn’t need to hear. I’d call that info highly classified.
US Army 69-72
By the same token, doling out bits and pieces of information that deals with secret areas can lead to someone putting together a classified construct. She talks of how dangerous Trump would be with our nukes, she’s the one offering info on capabilities/procedures - always a bad idea if one deals in the security arena ... enough sensitive data can be compiled into confidential data ... can be compiled into secret data ... can be compiled into top secret data.
This will be very helpful to US Enemies,
but is it more so then the arms they
get from Clintons and the Pentagon,
or from Lerner and Obama???
Yes.
This will enable destruction of all US cities
on a first hit.
See article & comment, has whole statement by Starr
