The end-of-the-cold-war 1990 film, “Dawn’s Early Light” has clear references for the four minutes to launch a nuclear attack response, as well as many other “secrets” that used to be considered highly classified.

RE: No it isnt classified. As usual, CNN gets it wrong.
There is a wealth of classified information available in the open on the internet. Problem (for our enemies) is, there also a much greater amount of information that seems reasonable but is bogus. One place says the number is 1 minute, another 4, yet another 10... Which is right? Along comes some {expletive} like Hillary Clinton and says 4... Now, she is, or was, in a position to actually know. Her information is credible. Well, as credible as anything from a lying POS like her is.
That's why this is a big deal. No-one cares if you or most anyone else shouts 4 minutes from the rooftops. But if someone who actually knows what the number is mentions it, that is a big deal. That is a leak and a security breach that should be investigated and potentially prosecuted.
Even if it has been in an open source, it still remains classified!
The Bitch revealed classified information in an attempt to make herself looked learned and capable, and in reality, showed that SHE IS A PROVEN SECURITY RISK!
Yeah, I know, all of your nuanced and sophisticated concern trolls will object to me yelling, but the facts are the facts!
She violated national security in the third debate!
