Going by the news out of Memphis/Shelby Co, TN larger than expected voter turn out for first day of early voting, Germantown had some Chip card failures, that had to be replaced about 50. The issue was resolved quickly. An hr to vote wait or more as the day wore on. I voted in Atoka, Tipton Co, short wait, smooth going, but new computer system had a glitch with me, due to them using birth dates instead of name, quickly resolved we only had 5 people to vote for. President, US Rep, State Senate and House, and local alderman. When I left the line was out the door. That is not normal. 1 outside campaign person D alderman, just signs.
The Dead vote in Memphis as do jail inmates and senile from nursing homes.
