I hope Danney has had his own Danney tested. While, non definitive, there is some process of elimination in terms of the revealing ancestry. Suppose the DNA came back as 1/2 Caucasian, and specifically Italian, Greek, Portuguese, or Slavic. well then, that would eliminate Bill. (This is assuming Bill’s ancestry is well defined.)
Likewise with Danney’s blood type. If Bill Clinton’s is a known type (0-) and Danney’s momma’s is AB, there are certain genetic absolute blood types that would occur from in their resulting offspring.
It would seem that if Clinton knew he would be "cleared" offering to do the DNA test would be the logical way to end it once and for all - hadn't heard anything about the "kid" and his blood type/ancestry as a valid starting point but it does make perfect sense.
DNA would conclusively tell whether Danney is the son of Bill Clinton or not. It doesn’t matter about ancestry, the DNA would tell the direct father-son link. There is no doubt about that. And the Special Prosecutor’s office had that BC DNA on file and it should still exist.
