Data suggests millions of voter registrations are fraudulent or invalid. Thats enough to tip an election, easily.
This week, liberals have been repeating their frequent claim that voter fraud doesnt exist. A recent Salon article argues that voter fraud just isnt a problem in Pennsylvania, despite evidence to the contrary. Another article argues that voter fraud is entirely in the imagination of those who use voter ID laws to deny minorities the right to vote.
Yet as the election approaches, more and more cases of voter fraud are beginning to surface. In Colorado, multiple instances were found of dead people attempting to vote. Stunningly, a woman named Sara Sosa who died in 2009 cast ballots in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. In Virginia, it was found that nearly 20 voter applications were turned in under the names of dead people.
In Texas, authorities are investigating criminals who are using the technique of vote harvesting to illegally procure votes for their candidates. Harvesting is the practice of illegally obtaining the signatures of valid voters in order to vote in their name without their consent for the candidate(s) the criminal supports.
These are just some instances of voter fraud we know about. It would be silly to assume cases that have been discovered are the only cases of fraud. Indeed according to a Pew Charitable Trust report from February 2012, one in eight voter registrations are significantly inaccurate or no longer valid. Since there are 146 million Americans registered to vote, this translates to a stunning 18 million invalid voter registrations on the books. Further, More than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters, and approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state. Numbers of this scale obviously provide ripe opportunity for fraud.
Dont Let Data Contradict My Narrative: Yet in spite of all this, a report by the Brennan Center at New York University claims voter fraud is a myth. It argues that North Carolina, which passed comprehensive measures to prevent voter fraud, failed to identify even a single individual who has ever been charged with committing in-person voter fraud in North Carolina. However, this faulty reasoning does not point to the lack of in-person voter fraud, but rather to lack of enforcement mechanisms to identify and prosecute in-person voter fraud.
The science of criminal justice tells us that many crimes go unreported, and the more victimless the crime, the more this happens. The fact is, a person attempting to commit voter fraud is very unlikely to be caught, which increases the incentive to commit the crime.
The National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) is a sophisticated, comprehensive effort to catalog the number and types of crimes not reported to law enforcement authorities. However, it tends to deal mostly in violent crimes. As complex as the NCVS is, gathering accurate data for unreported victimless crimes such as voter fraud is even harder, since 1) outside of the criminal, no one may know a crime has taken place, and 2) there is no direct victim to report the crime in the first place. Yet we are expected to believe that, unlike violent crime, voter fraud is limited only to the cases that are actually reported and prosecuted? This is a senseless position.
Further, the Brennan Center report argues that because prosecutor Kris Kobachs review of 84 million votes cast in 22 states found only 14 instances of fraud referred for prosecution (which amounts to a 0.00000017 percent fraud rate), voter fraud is so statistically small that its a non-issue. Lets follow this logic. Does the fact that 109 people were cited for jaywalking in Seattle in 2009 mean that only 109 people jaywalked in Seattle that year? Does the fact that 103,733 people were cited for driving without a seatbelt in Tennessee in 2015 mean that only that many people were driving without seatbelt in Tennessee in 2015?
Absolutely not. This can be proven easily because in 2014, the previous year, only 29,470 people were cited. The disparity is largely due to increased enforcement efforts in 2015. In other words, increasing enforcement of the crime revealed a much larger number of people committing the crime.
The exact same is true for voter fraud. We have no reason to believe that the low number of prosecutions means only that exact amount of voter fraud is happening. Rather, it could mean a lack of enforcement is failing to reveal the bulk of the violations that are occurring. Thus, as with many types of crimes, especially victimless crimes, the real number of cases is likely significantly higher than the number reported.
How to Effectively Target Voter Fraud So now that we know voter fraud is a serious issue, what are some solutions to this problem? States like Michigan have Poll Challenger programs, where observers from both parties may be present at voter check-in tables at precincts. They check each voters ID against a database of registered voters for that precinct to ensure the person attempting to vote is actually legally qualified to vote in that precinct. If theres a discrepancy, the poll challenger may officially challenge the ballot. Other states should implement similar programs.
States should sponsor initiatives to remove dead voters and correct the registrations of people registered in multiple states (make them choose just one state). Since many local jurisdictions are reluctant to clean their voter rolls, federal or state oversight with teeth may be necessary.
Further, voter ID laws, such as the one implemented by North Carolina, but (wrongly) struck down by three liberal judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit one appointed by Bill Clinton and the other two appointed by President Obamaare needed to ensure theres no cheating with votes. States should continue to press the issue regardless of recent setbacks by liberal activist judges.
Finally, some have claimed that strong voter ID laws are racist, because they disproportionately impact minorities and would prevent minorities from voting. As a black person, Im naturally interested in this claim. Thankfully, it turns out to be false. The Heritage Foundation has shown that black voter turnout actually increased after North Carolina passed its voter ID law.
Not only was the claimed negative outcome false, but the reasoning was faulty as well. The fact that the law disproportionately impacts minorities does not mean that it is discriminatory. It means, unfortunately, that fewer minorities are in compliance with common-sense safeguards to protect the integrity of our elections (i.e., having a drivers license or photo ID).
To mitigate this concern, states can offer a service that will take people without valid ID to their local government office to apply for proper ID, free of charge. Users could schedule the pickup with their smartphone or a phone call. That way there will be as few barriers as possible to those who want to vote and are capable of obtaining a valid ID, but cannot due to transportation concerns (a reason often given by those who claim voter ID laws hurt minorities).
So let us not believe false claims that voter fraud doesnt exist. Its real, and we must work to stop it, while making sure those who are eligible to vote but without proper ID are accommodated fair
Point taken, But, I don’t have that kind of time. =;^)
POINTS TO PONDER
MOTOR VOTER FRAUD: In Washington State to get the vote all you need to do is "complete a transaction" at any office...this means taking a number to ask for a brochure qualifies at any DMV office. Take a number, ask for a brochure......et voila.....you get to vote.
<><> Boobamba is importing Democrats by the truckload.....all from the dirt-poor Third world. Not only are they Hillary voters, but they are being placed where their numbers impact the electoral college.
<><> The DNC computers already know how many votes have to be manufactured on each block if not at each address.
President Hillary is looming. The GOPe wont even whimper.
No wonder she keeps smiling.
A recent Salon article argues that voter fraud just isnt a problem in Pennsylvania,
Then how do they explain more votes than registered voters in Philadelphia in 2008? If there is more than 100% turnout, there is simply no other possibility besides fraud.
<><> Obama and Congressional Democrats----w/ then-AG Eric Holder----gave NeighborWorks America (formerly ACORN), and blood-thirsty La Raza a huge funding source...our tax dollars.
<><> Obama/Holder/Dems extorted banks via DOJ litigation/bank settlements----these nefarious liberal organizations got all the loot.
Obama and Congressional Democrats----with a huge assist from then-AG Eric Holder----gaven NeighborWorks America (formerly ACORN) and La Raza a huge funding source of tax dollars (to achieve Obama's dream of a permanent Democrat majority?).
<><> Obama/Holder/Dems extorted banks via DOJ litigation/bank settlements----into paying off these nefarious organizations.
DOJ went after CitiCorp and ordered them to pay $50 million to La Raza and NeighborWorks America as part of the settlement.
Another clause in the agreement makes it possible for La Raza and NeighborWorks America to rake in even larger amounts of money.
Of the remaining money the banks needed to pay in settlements, the banks were able to contribute additional money to La Raza and NeighborWorks America. For every dollar they contribute, it reduces their debt to the government by 2 dollars. Thats some mighty powerful incentive to give generously.
==================================================
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling have questioned why this money was sent to the ACORN clone and the blood-thirsty LaRaza----rather than to the alleged victims of the banks crime. The administration of course declined to answer.
Here's part of the Congressmen's letter to Holder: It seems that the alleged victims are not the primary beneficiaries of these multi-billion dollar settlements. Instead, the terms in the Justice Departments two latest settlements look less like consumer relief and more like a scheme to funnel money to politically favored special interest groups.
This makes donations to activist groups far more attractive to banks than providing direct relief to injured consumers. As a result, the settlements appear to serve as a vehicle for funding activist groups rather than as a means of securing relief for consumers actually harmed.
=====================================
So now, with tons of money to fix the presidential election, the largest and most successful voter fraud campaign may alter the course of the elections not to mention the future of the United States.
NO WONDER HILLARY KEEPS SMILING.

AND THIS---Obama bullied bank to pay racial settlement without proof: report
NY Post ^ | 2/7/2016 | Paul Sperry / FR Posted by DCdude
Newly uncovered internal memos reveal the Obama administration knowingly exaggerated charges of racial discrimination in probes of Ally Bank and other defendants in the $900 billion car-lending business as part of a racial justice campaign that's looking more like a massive government extortion and shakedown operation
Obama's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has reached more than $220 million in settlements with several auto lenders since the agency launched its anti- discrimination crusade against the industry in 2013. Several other banks are under active investigation. That's despite the fact that the CFPB had no actual complaints of racial discrimination--- it was all just based on half-baked statistics.
A 23-page internal report detailing CFPB's strategy for going after lenders shows why these companies are forking over millions of dollars in restitution and fines to the government despite denying any wrongdoing.
CFPB applied the screws to Ally, saying it had statistical evidence showing its participating dealers were marking up loan prices for blacks and Hispanics vs. whites (by an average of $3 a month). Ally fought back, insisting non-discriminatory factors, such as credit history, down payments, trade-ins, promotions and rate- shopping, explained differences in loan pricing. After conducting a preliminary regression analysis, the bank found these factors alone accounted for at least 70 percent of the âracial disparitiesâ the government was claiming.
CFPB admits in the memo that it never considered these or other legitimate business aspects of the car deals it investigated
Also in its initial rebuttal, Ally complained CFPB's entire case was based on disparate impact statistics, not actual complaints by consumers, and that those estimates relied on guesswork about the race of the borrowers. (The auto industry does not report borrower race, so CFPB tried to ID race by last name and ZIP code, so-called proxy method that is wildly inaccurate.)

But then, the Constitution specifically leaves the administration of elections up to the states. Maybe a reason why it’s NOT addressed in the Constitution...?

(hat tip BigEd)--Trump needs to have this in place NOw---BEFORE the election:
<><> a database of every precinct in the country.
<><> a database of every address in the country.
<><> purchase datasets of people from Intelius and or Zabasearch.
<><> Merge all and see what pops up.
<><> get the Social Security death index. Make sure that if you are on the ssdi, you arent registered to vote.
<><>line up poll watchers for precincts with abnormal turnout.
As to the vote side: see if there is a way to demand a paper trail through the court system of the states. If the integrity check of the machines fails, ask for an order for paper ballots. Machine-only precincts have paper ballots in case of a power outage or hard drive crash.

LOL...I know that’s true...:^)
The most obvious proof of election fraud in 2012 were results reported from several precincts in Philadelphia and Cleveland showed ZERO votes for Romney out of several hundred cast. This isn’t baseball or football. There are no shutouts of major candidates in any precinct of this size (except maybe in the Soviet Union); it is statistically impossible. Even in predominantly black precincts, there are going to be a few Republicans.

I do not want to come across as arrogant; but based on 60+ years of fighting for traditional American values, including hours of using live TV to advantage, I want to share some experience driven suggestions, both for our candidate, and all of us who will be actively promoting a Trump victory in just 20 days.
While speaking in anger can sometimes help rally those who share your beliefs and priorities, it is not the most effective way to convert those who dissent from our purpose. When there is a real problem to be addressed, it is almost always better to speak in sorrow than in anger.
In the present ideological conflict, there is great reason for sorrow. We need to interject, in every possible exchange, those contemporary phenomena that are not only unfortunate from our stand point; but which are likely to be understood as sad by anyone listening to us.
Putting this understanding to work in a situation such as tonight's Presidential debate; Trump needs to intertwine his response to essential policy issues, by sadly lamenting the background social climate, which certainly impacts all aspects of contemporary American life, including the problem reflected in the issue. For example:
The decline in pride in heritage, openly encouraged by Obama's repeated apologies to others for America's traditions & achievement--leading to Americans kneeling through the Star Spangled Banner;--his & Mrs. Clinton's siding with Soros financed thugs against the Police--leading to the cold blooded assassination of American cops;--their refusal to protect the border, leading to job losses among rooted Americans, brutal crimes against American women, and the despicable riots in California, where aliens who do not share our values, or honor our heritage, intimidate local officials into not celebrating the achievements of the Founding Fathers and their posterity.
It was only last week, when anti-American culturalists advocated not celebrating Columbus Day! The Obama/Clinton cabal seem intent on denying that our values & achievements, under uniquely American cultural values, grew directly out of the experience driven values of particular European settlers. That is fact. It takes nothing away from the achievements or values of any other people; but it is our fact, and we are entitled to honor that fact and the rich cultural heritage it reflects.
To the extent that the Obama/Clinton cabal would deny us pride in our history, they are truly bigoted enemies. But we do best, again, when we lament the success of our enemies, as we explain, again quietly and sadly, how totally despicable is this ongoing attack, coming indeed from those who have benefited so much, while gaming our system.
Some may think that this approach is going soft. It is precisely the opposite. In place of venting our wrath at the Obama/Clinton betrayal, we begin to instill wrath in some of those who otherwise would simply go along with the enemy, "to get along."
There is nothing the least bit new in these tactics. Anyone familiar with Shakespeare's play "Julius Caesar," is quite familiar with the technique. It worked in the play because it reflects a true understanding of the psychological factors involved.

As in Iraq under Saddam, he always got 100% of the vote and claimed it was legit. It might have been since he was known to kill pretty easy.
But no politician will ever get 100% of the votes here. But, if Hillary got 100%, he supporters would believe it.
At least Donald Trump is raising awareness of the problem, something that few Republican candidates have ever said a word about.
Early voting, which is already in full swing, benefits the democrats. That + no voter id required.
Republicans are not allowed to investigate vote fraud (1982 consent decree); Democrats have no reason to investigate it; after all, they’re the perpetrators.

“Big Tim’s greatest contribution to Tammany Power was his organization of ‘repeaters.’ He had hundreds of Bowery bums organized in one or two places on election day, and he waited for the reports-’The fifth District needs two hundred,’ etc.-and, as each ‘requirement’ came in, Big Tim dispatched a truckload of the required number of bums to the polling place where a henchman went down a line and gave each the name under which he was to vote. The names were usually of those voters who had died between registration day and the election, or those voters who had not yet voted an hour before the closing of the polls.”
“Big Tim also had about fifty student barbers working for him every election day. These barbers performed a great service for Tammany. Here is how it worked. Along about August Big Tim sent word around the Bowery flophouses for the bums to let their hair grow. By election day, Big Tim had several hundred Bowery bums, each with a full-grown beard. First, each bum would vote with a full beard under one name. He would then rush off to one of the stand-by barbers who immediately clipped off the chin fuzz. So then the bum voted under another name with sideburns, like the Emperor Francis Joseph of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Then he would rush back to the barber who shaved off the sideburns, and now the bum would vote for the third time with just a moustache; and finally that came off and he would vote for a fourth time-plain-faced, as Tammany called it.”
“For this day’s work the bum got one dollar, three meals, a pint of whisky, and, of course, a lesson in civics.”
