EXPOSED: Real ID of Oxygen-Tank Woman “Assaulted” at Trump Rally… Beyond Sick
A Donald Trump supporter who was accused of punching an elderly woman last month during a Trump rally in Asheville, North Carolina, has been vindicated by the release of undercover videos that showed Hillary Clinton supporters had inflated the whole confrontation, his attorney said.
Richard L. Campbell, 73, was accused of punching Shirley Teter, 69, who uses an oxygen tank, in an incident that was picked up by the national media. A warrant was even issued for his arrest by the local authorities.
However, a video released by Project Veritas on Monday exposed a tactic called “bird dogging” that was used to set Campbell up.
Campbell’s lawyer, Ruth Smith, told Breitbart News in an email: “Mr. Campbell never assaulted anyone. He went to a political rally as was his constitutional right.”
“As a result of Ms. Teter’s hoax, he and his wife have been tarred and feathered in the media and he has been charged as a criminal. It’s disgusting that people would do this sort of thing to innocent people, and worse that they seem to make a sport out of it,” Smith said.
At the time of the incident, Smith told Breitbart that Teter “made up the whole thing.” According to Smith, Campbell has cataracts and had to be led through the crowd by his wife.
Smith cited a Facebook video that showed Teter approach Campbell from behind and appear to reach for Campbell’s shoulder. This caused Campbell to turn around in the crowd and Teter subsequently fell.
In the Project Veritas video, Scott Foval, a consultant for Democracy Partners, who works with both the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democrat National Committee, explained that Teter’s alleged “assault” was his group’s handiwork.

On the video, Foval said activists are trained to incite violence at or near Trump rallies in an effort to create a sense of “anarchy” and a firestorm of negative press for the Trump campaign intended to scare voters.
Foval nodded when asked if Democracy Partners was responsible for the “bird dogging” incident and explained that Teter was “trained” but that his group was not in direct contact with the woman.
“We didn’t know who she was ahead of time,” Foval said.
“We just had somebody who connected with her before that rally. And we knew that she was putting herself out there to draw fire. That’s all we knew,” Foval added.
Project Veritas’ video provides proof that Democrats have worked to set up Trump throughout the campaign — something Trump and other Republicans have sounded the alarm about for some time.
This should be a huge bombshell. However, the mainstream media operate as an arm of the Democrat Party, which means that it’s up to us to get it out there.

If the woman, or any DNC operative crossed state lines to incite a riot, mayhem,, or any type of violence, then they can be prosecuted under both federal and possible state laws.
And the people who paid them to start trouble, i.a. the DNC, Podesta, Koval, etc. can be sued on the grounds that the attacks denied them their First Amendment rights.
