Actually they brought in 6 buses to let the Isis woman and children leave..likely going to Raqqa....Additionally the military will leave open a road once they surround the city to leave.....the city has very narrow streets, they prefer knocking them off as they leave the city rather than destroy the city itself. Too many refugees if they do so.....600,000 residents still in the city....some favorable to Isis, others can’t leave because they remember the history of Mosul and won’t leave as refugees..

Probably the cadres will be evacuated beforehand, to be re-branded as “moderate” rebels in Syria, of infiltrated into the West.
