Nevertheless, he said voters should monitor polling stations as Trump has encouraged because past elections have been "stolen."

So now it's headline worthy for one to want voters to monitor polling sites.
legal is when the video of the dems cheating shows up on FB, Twitter, FR, Instagram and RUSH
We mail in our ballots whether or not we are going to be in town on election day and then we get our undies all bundled up when we hear stories of bags of mail-in ballots that were found in a dumpster or a ditch.
Okay. Commence flaming.

We live in a post-legal age, as Hillary Clinton has demonstrated many times.
Or live footage of the BLM hench-men.
Or the same bus of paid miscreants traveling across town from poll to poll.
Vote fraud at the polls or in the counting is a very serious and important issue.
However, this election is being primarily rigged by the Media and GOPe sabotage. We must not set the bar for the fairness of this election only on stuffing the ballot boxes. I have no doubt Hugo Chavez won the majority of the votes cast on election days but that doesn’t mean Venezuelan elections are free, open, or fair.
A Trump victory is the only legitimate outcome to this farce. Anything else is a fraud and will rip the country apart.

There will be a lot of chicanery at the polling sites but that is not where the election will actually be stolen. For that look to the server hubs to which all the sites in a county send their data. Each of these servers has a vote adjustment program on it that requires only a password to get into. Each server has an IT server administrator who is authorized to log on to the compuer with the password. It only takes a couple of mouse clicks and a keystroke or two to transfer any number or proporton of the votes from column “A” to column “B” Are we to suppose that ALL of those administrators are so upright that none can be influenced by a few thousand dollars surreptitiously offered by an agent of the DNC, the Clinton Foundation, or George Soros? Are we supposed to believe that those organizations themselves are incorrupt and would never ever attempt to suborn a bunch of unwealthy IT guys?
After the Ouster of Saddam Hussein, we setup a VOTE in Iraq, EVERYONE had their Thumb Dipped in Purple Ink when they Voted.
Why can’t we do that here?

IMO there’s no real functionality to this kind of monitoring, only “show”.
I am not saying the fraud is not present; if not rampant. And I am absolutely not putting down those who like me, wish to stand up for the integrity of the electoral process. I do NOT have an answer, other than audited hand-counted paper ballots. And the ONLY place computers should be allowed into the electoral process is by taking checksums of randomly generated ballot numbers.
I am saying that the presence of a self-appointed “poll watcher” is more or less meaningless in comparison to the clear and determined systematic and multilevel undermining of voting integrity that is one of the foundations of the Dem party operations.
There are so many ways to undermine voting it’s sick. The more effective of them, meaning, the ones that can affect the most number of votes, are invisible to the observer, which is really my main point. Meanwhile, hundreds or thousands of individual reports which cannot be documented (because recording devices are generally prohibited within polling places and indeed, their use may constitute every bit as much of a crime or misdemeanor as voter fraud) will be seen as alarmist noise.
Here’s an easy prediction: Those who carry cameras into polling places in an effort to discover fraud will be prosecuted at least 5:1 over those who commit voter fraud. If carrying a camera into a polling place is illegal, then the “evidence” so obtained is a de facto admission of guilt of that crime.
There are many examples of all of the modes of fraud; most of which do not seem capable of throwing results one way or another but SOME of which CLEARLY have thrown results one way or another. Motto: “Every vote counts; except yours”. It is the concerted effort and the self-justification of those who so engage and commit election fraud that is, to me, so alarming. But why should we be surprised with the rise of the leftist “ends justify the means” crowd and the full-on ratification of same by apparently the most powerful entities within the US Government.
We don’t see “True the Vote” invited to the White House. We see #Blacklivesmatter. Sharpton.
I again have no fabulous answers to this dilemma. As has always been known; the civil society breaks down when there is some small element determined to undermine it.

Our top priority should be the prevention of massive voter fraud in November. Voter fraud at every level is being launched ---- the smell of Democrat desperation to elect Hillary is everywhere.

Much of the cheating is well hidden.
Democrats don’t leave anything to chance.
Their plans are already in place to “win” the critical precincts and pad the statewide vote in the critical swing states.
The dead and imaginary democrats are already registered.
The bogus absentee ballots have been distributed and are now being returned via early voting.
The technicians have already programed the computer voting machines and support computers to give democrats the edge.
Where paper ballots are used bogus ballots have been prepared to exchange for real ballots in critical precincts.
The double and triple voters have been prepped and know which polling places will turn a blind eye to their cheating.
Democrats will hold back ballot boxes in precincts they plan on cheating in ... so when WE hold back that helps us identify the precincts they plan on stuffing the boxes in. Those will also be the precincts with the highest percentage of ‘the dead’ vote.
Cameras should be set outside polling places susceptible to democrat voter fraud - usually inner city black communities.. and those should be checked against numbers they said showed up.
