All that means is that he knows these women are lying, probably bought off, but doesn't care. His job is to get rid of Trump no matter how he does it, what he has to say or do.
Yeah F Chuck changed the definition of unsubstantiated which only underlined Pence’s accusation of his bias. Substantiated means a witness which every witness is saying it never happened.
