It has to be declassified in accordance with the State Department 5 FAM which means the person who classified the information must be contacted... did that happen, no!

I was 19 in the summer of the Watergate hearings. My grandmother and I would sit and watch them together. I knew enough to realize I was witnessing history. It was a Big Deal.
This, this is so beyond the realm of Watergate it boggles the mind. It permeates everything, this corruption.
