I made an interesting discovery during one bar fight. Do you know the a full bottle of Chevis doesn't shatter like fine china when you crack a guy on the head with one?
Anyway, yeah, that shouldn't have happened, as you say, and I may have done a tad better had I known he would be going flat out. But, it sure taught me that there's a world of difference between trying to box, learning to box, and being a boxer.

I get a kick out of cardio boxing. I’m glad it helps people get in shape, but if they think it’s preparing them for self defense, they’re in for a HUGE shock.
After a broken rib, broken nose and fractured cheekbone, amidst growing headaches, I stopped boxing after a number of years, going on about 22 years now :)
