The FBI received a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request “VIA CERTIFIED MAIL” Wednesday from Judicial Watch.
The existence of this device is generating behind-the-scenes frenzy in the Beltway as the FBI continues to get hammered over its investigation of the Clinton email scandal. FBI director James Comey conducted an investigation based on small partial email discoveries here and there. The fact that the FBI did not look at all of her emails actually helped Clinton to avoid prosecution. What if the FBI had considered all the emails that were just released by Wikileaks, instead of just the emails that Comey found in small batches of 30? Could that have changed the result and led to a prosecution?
The Judicial Watch FOIA request aims for Clinton’s “Datto device.”
The FOIA request asks for:
Any and all records, including but not limited to emails or text messages (SMSs, MMSs, BBMs, iMessages, etc.), discovered, recovered, retrieved from, or found on any Datto device.
Any and all records concerning or relating to the FBI’s efforts to discover, recover, retrieve, or find emails or text messages stored on the Datto device, equipment or hardware reference in Request No. 1.

It wouldn’t surprise me if someone from the FBI got fed up and just ratted out the bureau. Maybe the FBI got a word from Obama to just hold this so that none of the court orders would be served on Hillary or her network, and the FBI would be the safest place for it to reside.
This is getting even more interesting... I didn’t think that possible.
So why wait unti now to request this? Did somebody remind (tell) JW? Is someone inside now helping get truth out?

I am continually surprised this fall at just how much media has changed. Surprised too is the Clinton crime syndicate.
Four years ago, this much mud would have lasted three weeks plus. This year? 3 days.
Turns out that there is plenty of time left to battle the fake accusations. There is plenty of time left to show that the criminals lied and have been. I hope there is plenty of time left to turn D.C. Upside down and get Clintons, Coney, and Lynch in jail.
I must believe that the media is using statistical manipulation to put forth propaganda polls. I have to believe in the monster vote. I have to - the alternative is unthinkable.
Judicial Watch just keeps on keeping on.

The backup device, if it exists, will be smashed by the FBI.
On the media, what surprise me is that Trump has been aggressive enough that any spin by the Hillary Team and the news media has about 72 hours of life to it, and then we spin off to the next episode.
I also think a lot of respect for networks and news-print groups is gone. Even the Weekly Standard has lost respect and simply drifting around.
If Trump loses, the number of illegal and dead voters will shock people in two or three months. There’s probably one million fake votes across the nation. No one will be happy and it’ll create a massive wave of heartburn across the nation.

Is there anyone who doubts that Comey would be thrilled to destroy any and all evidence to protect Hillary?

This device is probably at the bottom of the Potomac by now.
But that is not really damaged is it - I mean its all in one piece - just some tape right? All that tape must mean the hard drive is full to bursting?
