It is obvious there was an attempt to remove Trump from the top of the Republican ticket but was there a subtle second effort to lose the senate majority as well. By casting Republicans in congress against Trump who was elected by a majority of Republicans a deliberate increase in hostility was created between the base and Republicans running for office.
It is important we are not manipulated into throwing out a Republican based on what the news reported what a Republican candidate said. Do not fall into their traps they know your anger and will use it against you.
There will be plenty of time to deal with these people when Trump wins, and for some reason he does not it wont matter anyway.
Just the name of the interviewer “Bush” tells you everything about the politics surrounding the leak of that 11 year old video....For the past several elections it has been “pass the presidency” amongst the insider crowd.

Hellary has admitted she didn't know anything about the middle class. Probably not many on The Hill do either.
They can’t lose the House majority this time if they try — the Dhimmicraps need 30+ seats. They can chip away at that, but it’s too big a hill for them to climb this year. Maybe next time.
But they well could lose the Senate majority — and with it, any chance of confirming Trump’s Supreme Court nominees (assuming that they’re off one of the two lists he released.) Then we will get a Kennedy-Roberts type.
And a Dhimmicrap Senate allows the GOPe an excuse for their failings: “Well, we couldn’t get it through the Senate. We couldn’t get it past Schumer.”
They sure don't. The Tea Party started, imho, with Rick Santelli and the banner was taken by Sarah Palin. It has grown since 2009 and has morphed into a huge silent majority that is growing every day.
The movement gathered around Trump and here we are. Regardless of the outcome of the election, The Movement will go on and continue to grow.
I fear if we fail at the ballot box that the cartridge box will not be far behind.
People often talk about The Founders and the fact they would be shooting by now. Many people at this moment are ready to Water the Tree of Liberty. We shall see how this plays out.
Part of the reason I want Trump to win is Watering the Tree of Liberty will at least be put on hold. . for the time being. We all know what Hillary plans if she becomes President. If that happens, we have a decision to make, and the time window will be short.
Pray for America and prepare.
