Following the link provided by Twitter only took O’Keefe to their rules page but didn’t offer any additional helpful information.
It's possible that Twitter locked the account because someone was trying to break into it, perhaps by a password reset or guessing multiple times.
Or, they could be censoring him, by preventing him from posting another video.
Until this is resolved, it's kinda hard to figure out which it might be.

People better start waking up to the dangers of companies like Twitter, Facebook, Google etc. They control and manipulate information just like the MSM, but people either don’t seem to care or don’t believe it. There are daily examples of skewed searches or blocked searches on Google, and Facebook’s trending news pushing lib news and hiding conservative news, and now this on Twitter.
