Just when you thought it couldn't get more bizarre. It was an illegal recording of the conversation. From what I read, I had assumed it got into the hands of some political operatives, courtesy of the Bush Dynasty. But NBC released it??? Did they not know or not care that it was recorded illegally by one of their employees while on the job?
