Aren’t there laws against colluding to throw an election?
And if so, they should be punished. I wish we could affect the liberal media in some way. They think they are too big to fail. Also freedom of the press, etc. No ethics, just freedoms.

Technically, my understanding is that the applicable law would be that this timed video release designed to hurt a candidate’s chance constitutes a de facto campaign contribution to the other candidate. As such, since the economic value is much higher that the $2,500 limit (since it is the equivalent of hours of free campaign advertising), this would be an illegal campaign contribution.
