Trump should not release his taxes. If he does it will just eat up a week or more of news cycles even if there is nothing in them. THe press will still raise some question about what may not be there, generate ancillary stories etc.

I hadn’t thought about the ways that the press/Hitlery can generate smokescreens (or worse) out of nothing burgers. At the very least, they will distract from the important and relevant issues (Hitlery’s treasonous and criminal acts).
