He is a master of omission.

And he is also a master at talking for 3 hours and saying absolutely nothing.

I really don’t have enough time left in my life to waste listening to him.

Stopped listening years ago when I determined I was far more conservative than he is. I credit him for getting me to think about things logically when I first listened to him in 1990 through school.

I don’t make a living off my conservatism. I don’t have sponsors and I don’t have to watch my words as much.

He also lost his edge a long time ago. I remember him back in 1990 and for a few years more when he was first nationalized, he had some bite to him if he wanted.

I wonder how much changed after life got really comfortable, and especially after his first chief of staff passed away, Kit Carson.
