I'm amazed by it too but to tell you the truth, I only use or know how to use half the stuff it has. But I'm slowly learning as necessity requires.
The first winter I had my last Focus, after I had left my driveway after a snow fall, a light came coming on as I was driving down the street. I panicked and drove back home and pulled out the owners manual to figure out what the warning light was.
Turned out it was the traction control light which indicated that my tires were losing traction on the snow and ice....LOL!
Then a couple weeks ago with my new Focus, another warning light went on and I again had to check the manual to see what was up. Turned out to be a warning that I was losing air pressure in one of my tires...........
Yes, this tech stuff IS amazing and I still haven't figured out how to connect PANDORA (an internet music station) which is on my smart phone (I'm not smart) to what appears to be an option on my vehicle's audio system...........Oh well, I'll do it one day.
Take and afternoon. Go out to the car with your manual, study up a bit. It will be fun. Put some music on and learn what the lights are on your display.
You should know how to use those things you paid for, and some of them come in very useful.
Good luck. Enjoy...
BTW: I still haven’t read my manual all the way through after ten years. LOL
I know what the things do though. I’m very intuitive on electronic things generally. Haven’t read a manual since the 70s, but when something new comes along, I can generally figure it out in minutes. It’s fun.
