Yes, I was struck buy the "400" number.

Where did she pull that out of?

Even Ted Kennedy probably didn't have 400 bills signed into law.

And he was the "Lion of the Senate".

No idea...this is what Wikipedia said:

Note Wiki said the number 31 is dubious... No idea what they were—don’t care, but the THREE THAT PASSED WERE RENAMING LOCATIONS...

In other words, her Senate career was total BS—just a stepping stone to run for Pres...the picture of her nearly asleep in the Senate chamber comes to my mind...
