I never heard that he actually did. I know a lot of people think he did but I can't find any quotes of that.

Sam Donaldson was the only person in the press who asked him about Juanita. His answer was that he referred the matter to his lawyer David Kendall. To the best of my knowledge, he never denied it later.

I cannot recall it either. Seems to me, but I could be wrong, that there were Clinton supporters who denied it, not Billy Jeff himself.
