My take on this is that it may well be the handiwork of the GOPe and not the RATs. These a$$holes have had to swallow hard and “accept” Trump. But notice how they fold their “tents of support” en masse at the first “opportunity.” They all really just want to “get things back to the way they were,” and if we have to take Hillary in that faustian bargain, that is entirely acceptable irrespective of what she does to the country. Reminds me of the Roman Senate and Julius Caesar.
