Good timing. But of course the dump and excusing the Russians pales in compare to what Trump said off the cuff in 1976.
That document is unbelievable! BAsically says that elections are too localized for the Russians to be able to alter the election results but the local people should all ask DHS for “help” in making sure their systems are secure.
Basically, the foxes in Russia don’t have access to all the little henhouses across America. So come to us, little henhouses (says the DHS wolf), and we will keep you secure...
