Yes, without even clicking your link, or going any further in the thread, you can only be referring to the corker bill, which stood the Constitution on its head and gave 0 the green light to make a nuclear bomb deal with Iran, and give them a big pile of cash and other goodies at the same time because they're his good buddies.
