Odd, a business search doesn’t show that `Goat Hill Pizza’ is a CA corporation or LLC. And it has three locations? Does that search catch the d/b/a arrangements? Could be organized under a different corporate/LLC name.

Just because the business is located in Cali doesn’t mean they incorporated in Cali. Businesses incorporate in whatever state offers them the most advantageous legal protections. First state I would check is Delaware, they are a preferred place to incorporate front businesses.
There is a “Goat Hill Inc.” registered in Delaware:
