I’m a bit skeptical about this. I hate Hillary, but could they really be so stupid as to name a directory “Pay to Play”??

Most of the information he’s posted thus far is easily Google-able and therefore, in the public domain.

Yes, people are that stupid. Doesn’t surprise me at all. I used to be a system manager. You could guess a lot of people’s passwords without much effort. People are lazy and often name things that they think are personal, funny, or some kind of insider humor. Happens all the time.
