I believe this story first came up circa 1998. I thought it was a false flag type of thing.
Much was made of this story on FR at the time. I would not be at all surprised if it is true, but the 'rats have "defined deviancy down" to such a degree that no one cares if it is true (except for Clinton's bastard son).
The tabloid Globe ran the story in 1992. It was picked up the tabloid Star. The Star supposedly paid for a DNA test, which Time Magazine and Washington Post claim exonerated Clinton.
