Maybe the top text is, but she has coded the graphics to reflect most recent conditions. The storm track model graphic shows the most recent update as of 17:06 EDT today.

LOL--I didn't know anybody actually reads the blurb at the top of the thread! Times are changing! As CD said, all of the other graphics and links are current for Hurricane Matthew. You probably won't get much use out of the Caribbean buoy now, but there are also links for Public Advisories, Bouy data for FL and SE US, and lots of goodies for data nerds.
p.s. I've been doing this for a lot of hurricanes, and for a long time.
