A Washington DC judge on Friday released video depositions of Donald Trump and Donald Trump Jr.
Trump suggests in one exchange that his incendiary comments about Mexicans made during his campaign kickoff — he said people coming here from the country were “rapists” — were premeditated. Another answer shows Trump bragging about how he signs hundreds of real estate leases but relies on others to actually read and review the documents.

I had heard of Buzzfeed beforehand, but I just took a little time on Wikipedia to find out more about it and that it has connections with the Puffington Host and other related media. Yet more of that machinery for the Clintons grinding on, it seems, with very little or nothing said about the Foundation or emails or defending a child rapist, etc, etc.
What about the Trump University lawsuit(s) - weren’t they timing that to drag him into court about now?
If that’s the excerpt they picked, there’s nothing in this.
This sounds like a simple breach of contract case. Politics shouldn’t enter into that.

In any large organization, the CEO signs the documents but the attorneys and staff read them. A good CEO has staff he/she can rely on and doesn’t have time to read in its entirety every document that crosses his desk.
There is no longer any intellectually viable excuse to conflate that Trump maintains that Mexicans are all rapists to the real problem he pointed out that a lot of crime, gang activity and rapes are being perpetrated by illegal immigrants although many of the illegal immigrants are a lot more decent people looking for work. And that we should not just let them stream in here along with the good and the bad and the ugly, but should control our border.
In order to oppose this simple common sense view, a disappointing number of journalists continue to blatantly repeat vile irresponsible and hateful distortions of what the man clearly said.
The author of this article ought not just apologize to Mr Trump. He should apologize to the American people. He should apologize to Mexican people. For his desire to stir up animosity and strife at a time where there are serious issues of the day.
And then he should have the decency to either use his position to serve the people rather than slander people and cause divisions, or he should resign as a journalist.

I also notice the transcript is marked "Confidential Videotaped Deposition." I point this out as a reminder that an assertion of confidentiality is meaningless, and that the deciding factor is the judge's whim. Trump understands this. There is no such thing as a reliably confidential court proceeding. Anything in court, and a deposition is technically "in court," is a public record.

Trump, contrary to the wishes of a majority of Freepers, used great foresight and wisdom to dispatch of the publicity of that case long ago.
