Who Knew?
Cheryl Mills was Hillary Clintons Chief of Staff while Hillary was Sec of State. That is not a legal position, it's a political appointee position. Her other work was as a Clinton Foundation Pilot fish, seek the graft crumbs that spill out of the mouths of the Sharks at the Clinton Foundation. She also had a job at NYC as a non Law Professor non academic administration employee. She never seems to have worked for a law firm either as an employee or partner.
To further her politically connected business, she has formed an LLC named Black Ivy, LLC to pursue Clinton Foundation type international and domestic projects , non of which are related to the practice of law.
She, although she is a bar accredited lawyer, she has not been involved in the practice of Law for a long time and her claims of being a Clinton Lawyer occur after she was identified as a target of the Clinton investigation.
Her claims of attorney client privilege are bogus and a transparent attempt at obstruction of justice
Most damning of all, her client is Hillary Clinton.
The same Hillary Clinton who, along with her cronies on the Oversight Committee, have been piously touting their desire for transparency and have been "demanding" that the Republicans release the Top Secret documents and all of the non classified emails that the FBI co mingled with the secret ones so that they are being restricted and being prevented from release.
At any time, MIss Transparency, Hillary Clinton, could have released Cheryl Mills from attorney client privilege and "allowed" Mills to hand over the computers so it's obvious Mill and Clinton were conspiring to prevent the turn over of her emails using false, improper and unethical abuse of attorney -client privilege.
Regardless of any attorney client privilege , Both Clinton and Mills were highest level State Department employees. Clinton was Sec of State and Mills was her Chief of Staff so not only was Mills a State Dept employee, Mills worked for Clinton's as Clinton's direct subordinate. It is a brach of legal ethics for a subordinate to be hired to legally represent Hilary Clinton
As State Dept Employees, both Clinton and Mills voluntarily signed , as a condition of employment, Employment Contracts and Non Disclosure Agreements to legally obligate them to properly handle Government records(including Secret ones) and to return those records to the Dept of State upon request .
Mills was illegally in possession of stolen government documents, some highly secret, and both she and Hillary signed very draconian contracts explicitly requiring them to return the information.
