Early voting in NC does not actually start until October 20,2016. Although people can request absentee ballots (which my husband had to do this year due to recent back surgery), these will not be converted to actual votes until they are mailed in and opened on election day. They must be received by 5 pm on the Tuesday before the election and they are NOT issued to anyone who is not a registered voter in the state of NC.
Assange is a leftist. He is interested in info that hurts his enemies or that can be used to his benefit. He will do nothing that helps Trump.
He is angling for a get out of jail card. That is all.

That's what I think. If it looks like Trump will win, he gives up the goods to Trump. If he thinks Hillary will win, he has a deal with her.

Well, Obama and Hillary have up until Nov 7 to offer Assange a deal. If Hillary wins,
Assange has no more leverage. If Trump wins he also has no leverage....So Obama and Hillary have to calculate the risk of letting him run loose with leaks....or try to shut him up now by offering a deal.
