Commander-in-chief means just that. Period.
Domestic enemy of the republic and traitor changes that. To bring Obama down is the Constitutional thing to do when a duplicitous Congress does not do their job. No one in this society is above the law. Period!!

Horse hockey. When the president is engaged in treason against the United States and its people, the military is sworn to protect the republic against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Blindly obeying orders falls in the realm of Hitler’s Germany.
I agree. So long as the order is lawful, the military doesn't get to ignore it. If this general thinks it's bad policy then he should either resign in protest or resign to run for President himself. Otherwise it's just insubordination. If he goes through with it, he should be removed. I can't stand Obama but the precedent is bad.
That said I don't trust reporters a little bit so I will not be surprised if I see that he never really said he wouldn't follow a lawful order.
