Rep. Trey Gowdy implored FBI Director James Comey to explain his agencys actions in refusing to prosecute Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information when she was secretary of state.
What would she have had to do to warrant your recommendation for prosecution? the South Carolina Republican asked Comey during a House Oversight Committee hearing Wednesday. Gowdy wondered what other evidence was needed to prosecute Clinton if all that had been revealed in the federal investigation was not enough as he grilled Comey on the question of intent.
Comey noted that intent could be proved by looking at whether a person did something they knew was wrong at the time.
But the way to prove that is whether or not someone took steps to conceal or destroy what theyve done, Gowdy declared. That is the best evidence you have that they knew it was wrong, that they lied about it.

Grrrrreat question.
BINGO ..!!!!
And .. the head of the FBI would not be on the list of the Clinton Foundation.
Comey needs to be impeached and prosecuted. His conduct warrants a rather long jail sentence.
My prediction is that Comey will leave the country after Trump wins the election.
