It doesn’t matter that someone running things wrote for the Heritage Foundation; he likely is blackmailed now and since 0bama wants it, that is assurance it has America’s downfall as the goal.
All congressmen who vote for it or allow it to happen should be hanged, not hung, “hanged”.
