Trump did all he needed to do, which was show he was reasonable... that’s it. The White House is his.
This writer actually calls in a local Radio show weekly here in Pittsburgh and they discuss... its not a political talk show just a morning show that talks to her weekly about the election.. standard rock djs.. definitely liberal bent folks... and she’s seeing pretty much with everyone with two eyes is seeing here in PA/OH... Very very large number of Democrats who are going to vote for Trump and many of them folks who haven’t voted in a few cycles so they aren’t getting caught by the polls.
What she, and others are still missing, is the real scope of what is going on, and that’s that whites in the rust belt aren’t simply going Trump for this election... and will go back D next one... white working and middle class democrats are abandoning the Democrat party. Similar to what happened in the south... They are seeing the results of the liberal policies the party has embraced and realizing the party is not a party that represents them any more... and they are moving R just like the south did... this is a huge realignment and its generational.....
As long as the Republican party is smart they are looking at the ability to swing the rust belt for generations to solid R.. it won’t happen overnight, but the path has started this election IF they don’t screw it up.
This is bigger than Trump and Clinton... this is multi generational democrats in significant numbers concluding the party does not represent them any longer.

We’re looking at a realignment election.
Turnout will be R +4, R +6. I didn’t even vote in 2012.
I’m going to vote this year and I’m excited to be part of the world’s greatest victory party.

I can hardly wait for Trump to enter the WH.
I’m encouraged by Trump’s meetings with El Sisi of Egypt, and Netanyahu of Israel. And, I understand they discussed training our officers on how to properly profile .. in order to protect American citizens. This is great!
By the way, profiling is not skin color .. it’s really learning how to identify body language; nervous, eyes flitting around, fiddling with things in their pockets, pacing (or standing still and surveying a crowd).
Once you begin to study people’s actions, instead of their skin color, you find out what REAL PROFILING is all about.
Don’t let anyone tell you it’s ALL about skin color; that is the lie they use to excuse their ACTIONS.

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! This is exactly what happened with Reagan. The unhappy Democrats realized that their party was the problem and they voted with their feet.
The only small issue to consider is .. DO NOT LET THE TRUMP DEMOCRATS begin ruling the RIGHT. That is partly what has happened to the current Repubs.
