A plethora of smaller theater chains and independent theaters, but none of the biggest exhibitors, joined Fox Searchlight Pictures in opening their lobbies to a voter registration drive associated with promotional screenings and the opening of The Birth Of A Nation on October 7.
Fox on Monday announced a roster of participants that included Bowtie Cinemas, Marcus Theatres and Movie Taverns, among others. But power players like AMC, Regal and Cinemark were not on the list. Backers of the registration drive included public interest organizations like the League Of Women Voters and the National Coalition Of Black Civic Participation.
The registration push is planned to begin with the promotional screenings on National Voter Registration Day, September 27, and continue on the films opening weekend, Fox Searchlight said.
can you hear me from wherever you are? that’s how loud it is. And I mean every ******ing word of it
Gonna whip up the ferals and the Leftists to vote after they see the KKK “defend the flower of Southern womanhood” from the marauders.

Unbelievable. Next they will be paying people to vote.
Gotta mobilize that “kill whitey” vote!
Not a G.W. Griffith’s remake, its about the Turner slave revolt. They made Ben Hur several times, but no one attempted to remake BOAN with today’s graphic’s. Just imagine what it would look like, they could do wonders, but who would go to see it without machine guns, zombies, and car chases? Sorry folks, in our new free society the Ministry of Propaganda decides what you should watch. After the coronation you will be told.

A more expensive method than resurrecting them from the dead!
So...?
There are a lot of conservative flicks out there too. Why should their showings have to remain nonpolitical?
Why is a major Hollywood studio distributing a film calling for race violence against whites?
Didn’t we just have riots where whites were targeted?
You want women and children murdered?
beats me
i mean why should conservative showings have to remain nonpolitical. there is so much woe-is-us going on that shouldn’t.
