There are ear receivers available expensively that are small enough to fit invisibly deep into the ear. Mrs Bill will have one of those regardless of rules. They are not detectable with cursory visual inspection.

Things like this, along with hearing aids, can be made to be practically invisible, and it’s been so for many years. So I was puzzled by those pictures that seemed to show something obviously in her ear...
