I can’t stand New York City, but I’m the first to admit that anyone who can successfully navigate the commercial real estate market there is nobody’s fool and surely in the top 0.01% of the world’s population when it comes to intelligence, instincts, and understanding human nature.
That makes him very smart certainly. The fact that he has done in politics what he's done this far makes him absolutely brilliant.
