The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.

True- Romney did great on the first debate, but REALLY needed to carry off the second. He let Candy get away with lying. LET HER, and it showed him as weak. Trump may be ham fisted tonight, but he ain’t weak!

She’s wonky and rehearsed but uncompelling and unlikable. He’s pretty unpolished tonight. My feeling is it’s basically a draw.
I like his Iraq answer. Now she’s spinning about the SOFA in reply, saying the Iraqis made it impossible when in fact they were signaling behind the scenes that a SOFA was possible. Obama could have gotten a SOFA if he had wanted one. But he didn’t want one for political and ideological reasons.

Moderator in fact check mode saying Trump was in favor of Iraq. He’s hitting back very effectively.
