What party owned slaves at the start of the Civil War? What party has enslaved blacks for decades with their welfare programs, creating “the hood.?”

Juan is really off the rails. He continues to dominate the panel with his long winded diatribes and constant interruptions. The David Duke reference is despicable. Trump has no control over who supports him. No one mentions Duke except at election time.
